Bungalow addition and exterior rebuild
A dated side split, extended at the rear and refaced end to end.
A 1960s side split with a brick face and a closed-in layout. We built onto the rear, reworked the roofline and entry, opened the main floor, and refinished the exterior so the addition reads as part of the original house.
